Welcome to the library media center at The Young Women’s Academy for Academic and Civic Development at J.R.E. Lee Opportunity School. We provide access to information resources and tools for faculty and students.

Mission Statement

The library media center program at The Young Women’s Academy for Academic and Civic Development will provide the knowledge, tools, and information access so that all students can learn. It will provide opportunities for students to be successful in a highly technological, multicultural and global society.

Hours of operation

The library media center is open Monday thru Friday from 7:35 am to 2:30 pm. The media center is also open during lunch.

Scheduling

Teachers can schedule classes to come to the media center at their convenience. Students can also come to the media center with a pass from their teacher.
